As Independent Financial Advisers, we are able to research the entire market with a view to providing our clients with individual research and analysis according to their specific needs and requirements. Following a free initial consultation, our clients have the option of paying for services provided, either by way of commission, reduced commission with fees or fees only. For mortgages you can choose how we are paid. You can pay purely on a fee basis and we will not receive any commission from the lender. Should you choose this option then we will charge a minimum fee of £750 or a fee equivalent to 1% of the amount you are borrowing, whichever is the greater. Alternatively we can charge an upfront fee of £245 and we will also receive a fee from the lender in the form of a commission generally displayed as a percentage of the loan. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home can be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
