Who We Can Help

At Brian Alcock & Associates we don?t think that unusual personal circumstances or previous credit issues should prevent you from finding a mortgage or remortgage. In fact we arrange mortgages for people who have had difficulty due to the following:

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other loan secured on it.

We charge an administration fee of ?495. A further fee may be charged depending on your curcumstances, an indication is 2% of the advance, this fee is payable on completion of the mortgage. The actual fee charged will depend on your individual circumstances and will be based on your credit history. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
